Additional Information: THIS TWO-STORY HOUSE FEATURES A SQUARE PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CUT STONE FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM/VINYL SIDED EXTERIOR AND A TRUNCATED, HIP ROOF. THE EAVES ARE BOTH FLARED ABOVE AND LINED UNDERNEATH WITH PAIRED BRACKETS. A FRONT PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY TURNED POSTS AND DESIGNED WITH BALUSTRADES. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1900 (SEE BIB. REF. A) WITH ADDITIONS MADE TO IT SUBSEQUENTLY, IS PRESENTLY IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. ALSO LOCATED ON THIS SITE IS A GARAGE; HOWEVER, NO INTENSIVE SURVEY EXISTS DESCRIBING THIS PARTICULAR STRUCTURE.
