Additional Information:Originally built in the Romanesque Revival style (replacing an earlier structure); Rear elevation retains roundhead windows. Street elevations were remodeled in 1925 in the Neo-Classical Revival style. It features colossal Ionic columns and a classically detailed balustrade follows the roofline. Indiana Bedford limestone façade.

One of the earliest established banks in Wausau, it merged in 1929 with the American National Bank.
