Additional Information: THIS ONE-STORY, SMALL OFFICE BUILDING FEATURES A RECTANGULAR-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A BRICK EXTERIOR AND A FLAT ROOF. THE 1964 STRUCTURE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. YET, BECAUSE OF THIS BUILDING'S RECENT CONSTRUCTION, IT IS CONSIDERED A NON-CONTRIBUTING BUILDING IN THE PORPOSED HISTORIC DISTRICT.
