Additional Information: THIS TWO-STORY HOUSE HAS A RECTANGULAR-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, AN ASBESTOS SHINGLED EXTERIOR AND A TRUNCATED AND HIPPED ROOF. THE FULL-LENGTH, ENCLOSED FRONT PORCH DOMINATES THE FACADE, WHILE BRACKETS ALONG THE SECOND-STORY EAVE-LINE ADD DECORATIVE DETAIL. ADDITIONS ARE PRESENT TO THE REAR. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1900 (SEE BIB. REF. A), IS OVERALL IN GOOD CONDITION. ALSO LOCATED ON THE SITE IS A GARAGE; HOWEVER, THERE IS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING THIS PARTICULAR STRUCTURE.
