Additional Information: | THIS IS A ONE AND A HALF-STORY HOUSE WITH AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM/VINYL SIDED EXTERIOR AND TWO INTERSECTING, STEEPLY-PITCHED GABLE ROOFS. THE FRONT ENTRANCE IS COVERED BY A BRACKETED, FLAT-ROOFED PORCH, AND ABOVE THE MAIN DOOR IS A TRANSOM LIGHT. SEGMENTAL AND RECTANGULAR OPENINGS ON THE DOOR AND WINDOWS ARE OTHER DISTINGUISHING ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES. BUILT IN C. 1870 (SEE BIB. REF. A), THIS RESIDENCE IS PRESENTLY IN GOOD CONDITION. |
