Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. Richardson also owned the building at 113-115 W. Milwaukee St. and several others on S. Main st. In the 1880s, this building housed a merchant tailor and dressmaker. In 1903, the Colvin Bakery was at this location. Early in the history of 123 W. Milwaukee St. it housed Stearns and Baker's Philadelphia drug store.
