| Additional Information: | THIS TWO AND A HALF-STORY RESIDENCE FEATURES A SQUARE PLAN CONFIGURATION, A BRICK EXTERIOR AND A HIP ROOF. THE FULL-LENGTH FRONT PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY SHORT, FLAIRED, RECTANGULAR PIERS. A HIPPED ROOF DORMER IS LOCATED AT THE FRONT. THE FOUNDATION, AS WELL AS VARIOUS DETAILS (SILLS, PORCH POST BASES, ETC), IS STONE. SEE FINAL REPORT FOR A DISCUSSION OF THE AMERICAN FORUSQUARE FORM. BUILT IN C. 1910, THIS DWELLING IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). ACCOMPANYING THE HOUSE IS A GARAGE; IT HAS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING IT, HOWEVER. |
