| Additional Information: | This property is locally significant under criterion C as a well-preserved cube-form Italianate house of the 1860s or early 1870s. The house retains all of the distinguishing original characteristics of the style including a fine denticulated bracketed cornice and a belvedere. Unfortunately a somewhat ill-conceived late 19th century verandah detracts from original design intent. |
