Additional Information: | THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY RESIDENCE IS DESIGNED WITH AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A BRICK EXTERIOR, A GABLED DORMER AND A GABLED MAIN ROOF. A FRONT-FACING GABLED WING CONTAINS IN ITS OPEN GABLE END DECORATIVE BRICKWORK, INCLUDING ENGAGED PIERS AND A STRINGCOURSE. FURTHER CHARACTERIZING THE DWELLING ARE SPANISH-STYLED BARREL TILES WHICH COVER THE ROOFS. BUILT IN C. 1920, THIS HOUSE IS PRESENTLY IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). 2014 This one-and-one-half-story bungalow was constructed 1933. It has square massing, is of brick construction, and rests on a raised concrete foundation. The roof is a side gable with wide eaves. Centered on the roof is a gable dormer with a fixed three-pane window. The projecting front porch was enclosed during the historic period. Generally, windows are three-over-one, double-hung wood sash and grouped in pairs or threes. |
