| Additional Information: | This 2 story residence has clapboard on the 1st story and wood shingle on the second. The plan is rectangular and the foundation is concrete wash. Windows are 3/2 vertical paned. The gable roof has the eave side facing the road and a front gable dormer. There are exposed rafters and knee braces. Side lights are around the front entry which has a shed roof. There is a side box bay windows and a front box oriel window with shed roof and exposed rafters. Details are bungalow and craftsman. This is a very good bungalow/craftsman style home with most of its original character and integrity intact. Of a more recent era than many architecturally significant homes it may have architectural significance when the bungalow style has been more thoroughly analyzed. |
