This two-story cross gable vernacular house was built in 1917.(1) It is of brick construction resting on a brick foundation. The roof displays cornice returns on both the front and side gables. A raised, one-story, brick porch with a flat roof supported by groupings of two and three square columns spans the main (south) facade. Centered on the first story of the main facade is a door and a large plate glass picture window. The remaining windows are a combination of one-over-one, double-hung sash replacement and original wood three-over-one, double-hung sash.
