PROMINANT WINDOW MOLDINGS, AN ENCLOSED, GABLED ENTRY PORCH AND A CHIMNEY TO THE SIDE ARE DISTICTIVE FEATURES OF THE DWELLING. BUILT IN C. 1850, WITH ADDITIONS MADE SUBSEQUENTLY, THIS HOUSE IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. (SEE BIB. REF. A). ALSO LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY IS A GARAGE; IT HAS NO ACCOMPANYING INTENSIVE SURVEY.
