Additional Information: THIS TWO-STORY RESIDENCE FEATURES A SQUARE-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM SIDED EXTERIOR, WOOD AND ALUMINUM TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED, TRUNCATED HIP ROOF. A FULL-LENGHT FRONT PORCH IS DESIGNED WITH POSTS, SMALL BRACKETS, AND DENTIL TRIM. ALTERED FROM ITS ORIGINAL STATE, THIS HOUSE IS IN FAIR CONDITION. THE HISTORICAL NAME, HENRY MOHRHENNE WAS OBTAINED FROM A 1906 CENSUS. IN 1907, D. E. PHILLIPS IS ASSOCIATED WITH THE DWELLING, ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS. THE DATE OF CONSTRUCTION OCCURRED BEFORE 1907, ALSO ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS.
