NOTES
Additional Information:Concrete stucco and wood shingles are the exterior fabrics on this 1 1/2 story bungalow with colonial revival details. The steeply pitched roof is a bell case gable roof. The eave side face the road. The cornice is boxed and there are gable returns. A large gable dormer is on the front. Both this and the roof gables are covered with wood shingles (see SC27-15, 211 N. Starr for similar surface treatment). The dormer is also bell cast and has returns and a plain (aluminum) frieze. A semicircular window is at the top of the dormer and a 3 part window below it.

The full front porch is screened in and has a roof line contiguous with that of the houses' roof. Stucco covers the bottom third of the porch. Porch columns above this are square. There is a basement. A wood belt line separates the stucco and wood shingles on the side. There is a side entry. Side windows are irregularly placed.

Although interesting locally for its tyle, this residence has no architectural significance. It has retained much of its original integrity but there are better examples of this type.
