Additional Information: THIS ONE AND A HALF STORY GABLED ELL FEATURES AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CEMENT FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM SIDED EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGED, MULTI-GABLED ROOF. ADDITIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE DWELLING, MOST NOTABLY, ONE TO THE REAR. ALTHOUGH ALTERED, THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. THE HISTORIC NAME, WILL TOAY, WAS OBTAINED FROM A 1906 CENSUS REPORT. ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS, ED MCDERMOT WAS AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS BUILDING IN 1907. THE DATE OF CONSTRUCTION, ALSO LEARNED FROM TAX RECORDS, OCCURRED BEFORE 1907.
