Additional Information: THIS TWO STORY GABLED ELL FEAUTRES AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION WITH A ONE-STORY EXTENSION TO THE SIDE, A STONE FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM SIDED EXTERIOR, A COMBINATION ALUMINUM AND WOOD TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED, MULTI-GABLED ROOF. A ONE-STORY, SHED ROOFED ADDITION EXTENDS FROM THE REAR. ALTHOUGH THE DESIGN HAS BEEN ALTERED ITS ORIGINAL, THE BUILDING STILL RETAINS ITS LEADED GLASS WINDOWS NEAR THE ENTRANCE. THE DWELLING IS IN GOOD CONDITION. ACCORDING TO A 1906 CENSUS, PATRICK SWEENY WAS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS BUILDING; ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS, A. A. EMMEL IS ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL ASSOCATED THIS BUILDING IN 1907. ALSO INDICATED IN TAX RECORDS IS THE DATE OF CONSTRUCTION, WHICH OCCURRED BEFORE 1907.
