Additional Information: THIS TWO STORY GABLED ELL FEATURES AN L-SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CEMENT BLOCK FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM SIDED EXTERIOR, WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED, MULTI-GABLED ROOF. ALTERATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE ORIGINAL DESIGN OF THE HOUSE. THE DATE OF CONSTRUCTION PREDATES 1907, ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS. THE RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. O. OSTENBERG WAS A PERSON ASSOCATED WITH THIS DWELLING IN 1907, ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS.
