Additional Information: THIS TWO-STORY BUNGALOW FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A BRICK FOUNDATION, A COMBINATION BRICK AND ALUMINUM SIDED EXTERIOR, ALUMINUM TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED, JERKINHEAD ROOF. A BRICK PORCH WHICH RUNS THE FULL LENGTH OF THE FRONT FACADE IS COVERED BY A GABLE ROOF. THIS STRUCTURE, BUILT IN 1923 (ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS), IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. ORCEL KENDRICK WAS AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOUSE IN 1907 (ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS). RELATED TO THIS DWELLING IS A GARAGE, WHICH HAS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY DESCRIBING IT.
