Additional Information: ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS, THIS TWO-STORY, SIDE GABLED RESIDENCE WAS BUILT IN 1926. THE FOUNDATION MATERIAL IS MADE OF CONCRETE, AND THE ASPHALT SHINGLED ROOF IS GABLED IN DESIGN. ALUMINUM SIDING DOMINATES THE WALL MATERIAL, WITH ALUMINUM AND WOOD USED AS TRIM. A SMALL, GABLED AND BRACKETED DOOR HOOD APPEARS ON THE OPEN GABLED END OF THE HOUSE. AN ADDITION HAS BEEN MADE TO THE ORIGINAL RECTANGULAR PLAN CONFIGURATION. THE BUILDING HAS BEEN ALTERED IN THAT THE FRONT PORCH HAS BEEN EXTENDED AND ENCLOSED. THE DWELLING IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. KNOWN CURRENTLY AS THE HALLET HOUSE, THIS STRUCTURE IS ASSOCIATED HISTORICALLY WITH A. BASS IN 1926, ACCORDING TO TAX RECORDS. THE TOWN-RANGE-SECTION DESIGNATION FOR THIS BUILDING IS 6N 5E-10.
