NOTES
Additional Information:This one story brick building has a flat roof and stepped back entry. Simple geometric brickworkis on the top. Plate glass windows are on the bottom level. Alterations have weakened the integrity of this building to the extent that is ha sno historical significance.

In 1887 this was the site of a general store that part (North) of a 2 story frame building with brick veneer. A hall was on the 2nd story and (see SC 34-30) there was a partition wall on the 1st story. This was gone by 1892 and agricultural implements were sold here. It was destroyed in the 1899 tornado and reuilt as a one story brick building with a slate roof. It was vacant in 1900 but by 1912 a pool and billiards establishment was here. A drugstore was here by 1927. The roof was composite by then. The development of this site parallels the rest of the business areas ans has no historical signifance.
