HOUSE OF AN IMMIGRANT FROM WALES IS A STONE, TWO-STORY ITALIANATE BUILDING WITH QUOINS (ALTERNATING BLACK AND WHITE), A DOOR WITH SIDE-LIGHTS AND TRANSOM, A DENTICULATED AND BRACKETED CORNICE, PAINTED WINDOW LINTELS, AND A ONE AND A HALF-STORY, STUCCOED WING. OWNER EVANS WAS A STONE MASON DURING THE WINTER WHEN HE COULD NOT FARM.
