Additional Information: | THIS TWO-STORY, HIPPED ROOF HOUSE FEATURES A CROSS-GABLE DORMER, FLARED EAVES, AND A FULL-LENGTH FRONT PORCH SUPPORTED BY TUSCAN COLUMNS. THERE ALSO APPEARS TO BE A BAY WINDOW AT THE SIDE, AS WELL AS A GABLED WING. A LATE AND "MORE REGULAR" EXAMPLE OF QUEEN ANNE DESIGN. THE BRICK STRUCTURE IS CHARACTERIZED BY RECTANGULAR OPENINGS, BAY WINDOWS, AND FRONT VERANDA. THE FORMER ST. ANDREW'S CONVENT (THE CHURCH IS LOCATED TO THE SOUTH (50/32)) WAS ERECTED IN 1913 WHILE FATHER PETER PAPE WAS PASTOR. ST. ANDREW'S SCHOOL (NO LONGER STANDING) WAS SITUATED NORTH OF THE CONVENT. |
