Additional Information:BUILT IN C. 1900 (SEE BIB. REF. F), THIS TWO-AND A HALF STORY QUEEN ANNE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE (COURSE, RUSTICATED ASHLAR) FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP AND GABLE ROOF. THERE IS A STEEP PITCH TO THE HIP ROOF, WHICH ALSO HAS INTERSECTING WITH IT IN THE ATTIC STORY A GABLED DORMER AT THE SIDE ELEVATION, AND A GABLED ROOF WHICH CAPS A TWO-STORY THREE SIDED BAY AT THE FRONT. CHAMFERED CORNERS ARE EMBELLISHED BY SPINDLED BRACKETS. LEADED GLASS APPEARS IN SOME OF THE WINDOWS. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

THIS DWELLING WAS LOCALLY DESIGNATED AS PART OF THE MINERAL POINT LANDMARK DISTRICT IN 1972.
