Additional Information:BUILT IN 1920 (SEE BIB. REF. A), THIS ONE AND HALF-STORY BUNGALOW FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A ROCK-FACE CONCRETE BLOCK FOUNDATION, A BRICK AND VINYL EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. BRACKETS APPEAR IN THE OPEN GABLE ENDS AND EXPOSED RAFTER ENDS APPEAR BOTH UNDER THE FRONT PORCH ROOF AND ON A SQUARED BAY ON A SIDE ELEVATION. THIS PORCH HAS A ROOF SUPPORTED BY METAL RODS. SIDELIGHTS WITH MUTINS FLANK THE FRONT DOOR. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

WILL BROWN WAS AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DWELLING IN 1925. (SEE BIB. REF. A). FROM 1900 TO 1915 THOS. BOTTOMLY OWNED THE PROPERTY UPON WHICH THIS HOUSE WAS LATER BUILT.
