NOTES
Additional Information:This two-story contemporary styled retail structure was built between 1915 and 1927. (See Bib. Ref. A). According to the inventory card describing this property, the building had an 1899 date of construction. The historically-named Pengelly Brothers building features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a brick exterior, and a flat roof. An alteration/addition occurred in c. 1965. (See Bib. Ref. B). Because of its contemporary facade, the structure is considered to be non-contributing to the Iowa Street Historic District. The building is in excellent condition.
