NOTES
Additional Information:Previously surveyed in 1991; map code: 91/85, no previous photo codes given.

Since last surveyed in 1991, the house has had vinyl siding applied and new windows installed. The porch, which had previously featured wooden-paneled posts and horizontally oriented clapboard siding, now has vinyl sided posts and diagonally oriented siding. Additionally, the exposed rafter tails formerly found on the dormers have been removed. Due to the alterations, the building no longer meets current survey standards.
