120-acre farm owned by German immigrants Carl & Louisa Baas. By 1911, the property was owned by William Wagner and was later sold to dairy farmer Albert Boerst. House consists of an aluminum-sided main block and cream brick ell. Gabled barn sitting on a fieldstone foundation also found on property.
