2015- "This farmstead contains six historic resources including a house (AHI#4620), bank barn (200721), animal barn (230713), cottage (230714), machine shed (230715), and wire silo (230716).

The 2-story Greek Revival house was constructed c.1848. It is rectangular in plan with painted brick walls and an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof with eave returns and barge boards with dentil detailing throughout. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan. A central front door is sheltered by a small hipped roof with squared wood supports. Windows on each side of the front door are 6-over-6. Two additional 6-over-6 windows are located at the second story of the facade. The house is built into a rise so that the rear elevation features an exposed basement level."
