Additional Information: THIS STUCCO, TWO-STORY RESIDENCE HAS A HIP ROOF PENETRATED BY A SIMILARILY HIPPED ROOF DORMER. WINDOW CORNICES, FRIEZE BOARDS AND A THREE SIDED BAY TO THE SOUTH ADD TO THE ARCHITECTURE OF THE HOUSE. THE FULL LENGTH FRONT PORCH FEATURES A PEDIMENTED GABLE ROOF, WHICH MARKS THE ENTRANCE, AND SHORT, FLARED POSTS ON MASONRY BASES. A ONE CAR GARAGE HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE DESIGN. HOUSE WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1908 AND 1915.
