A SMALL PARTIALLY ENCLOSED FRONT PORCH IS DECORATED WITH "CUT-OUT" WORK, TURNED POSTS AND DECORATIVE CAPITALS. A SHED ROOF EXTENSION IS AT THE REAR. THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT FOR PETER NICKLAS IN 1894-1895. |
