Additional Information: A BRICK, TWO-STORY HOUSE ON A STONE FOUNDATION WITH A TRUNCATED HIP ROOF PENETRATED BY ROOF DORMERS TO THE EAST AND TO THE SOUTH AND TRIMMED WITH CORNICE BOARDS. A RECTANGULAR BAY WINDOW VISUALLY SUPPOTED BY BRACKETS TO THE SOUTH AND A FULL-LENGTH PORCH THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED AND ENCLOSED FURTHER ACCENT THE HOUSE.

ONE OF FIVE BRICK HOUSES OF THE FOURSQUARE DESIGN, THIS HOUSE IS SIMILAR TO GT 28-30, GT 26-34, GT 30-17 AND GT 27-12. THE HOUSE WAS BUILT AFTER 1895 AND IT WAS NOT REPHOTOGRAPHED IN 2005.
