THIS SMALL COTTAGE IS IMPORTANT TO THE ARCHITECTURAL HISTORY OF PLATTEVILE AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE SMALL EARLY COTTAGE RESIDENCE. THE BRICK EXTERIOR HAS BEEN PAINTED. SIMILAR STRUCTURES ARE GT 29-6 AND GT 29-3. BUILT PRIOR TO 1875 ACCORDING TO 1875 BIRD'S EYE VIEW. |
