It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. STAINED GLASS WINDOWS ADDED IN 1903. DATE INDICATED ON CORNERSTONE. Note: a biography of John Nader, Madison architect, written in 1893 says Nader, a Catholic, designed a church in Muscoda. It may be this church, which would have been built a year after he opened an office in Madison.
