(B) SINCE FIRST SURVEYED IN 1983 THIS HOUSE HAS BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL. HISTORICAL BACKGROUND: THIS SMALL RESIDENCE WHICH HAS BEEN MOVED THREE TIMES, SERVED AS THE RECTORY FOR ST.
