Additional Information: | A RESIDENCE WHICH HAS BEEN SIDED SINCE THE 1976 SURVEY. DESPITE THE ALTERATION, BARGEBOARDS AND THE PORCH TRIM REMAIN. THIS CIRCA 1870, ONE AND A HALF STORY HOUSE HAS AN L-PLAN AND A GABLE ROOF. THE STYLE OF THE STRUCTURE IS REMINESCENT OF A. J. DOWNING'S PUBLISHED HOUSE DESIGNS. ADDITIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO THE ORIGINAL L-PLAN. THE BUILDING WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION IN 1983 BUT IT HAS SINCE BEEN DEMOLISHED FOR A HOSPITAL EXPANSION PROJECT. |
