Additional Information: EXPOSED RAFTER ENDS, LARGE BRACES, A GABLED DORMER, AND ENCLOSED PORCH ARE INCLUDED IN THIS BUNGALOW DESIGN. THE ONE AND A HALF STORY RESIDENCE HAS A RECTANGULAR PLAN CONFIGURATION, A GABLE ROOF, CLAPBOARD AND WOOD SHINGLE SIDING AND A BRICK EXTERIOR FOUNDATION. THE C. 1920 BUNGALOW IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. (A).

SINCE FIRST SURVEYED IN 1983 THE FIRST STORY OF THIS HOUSE HAS BEEN RESIDED WITH VINYL.
