Additional Information: A SIMPLE CORBEL TABLE AT THE CORNICE LINE AND THREE SEGMENTAL ARCH OPENINGS CHARACTERIZE THIS COMMERICAL STRUCTURE. OTHER FEATURES OF THE TWO STORY RETAIL BUILDING INCLUDE A RECTANGULAR PLAN CONFIGURATION, A FLAT ROOF AND A BRICK EXTERIOR. THERE WAS A SECOND STORY ADDITION BUILT BETWEEN 1894 AND 1899. (B). THE BUILDING WAS FOUND TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. THE HISTORIC COMMERICAL USES FOR THIS BUILDING HAVE BEEN AS A MARBLE STORE (?) IN C. 1894, AND AS A PLUMBING STORE IN C. 1899 TO C. 1927. (C)

A STORE OR OFFICE DEALING WITH MARBLE OCCUPIED THIS BUILDING IN 1894. FROM THAT TIME UNITL AT LEAST 1927, A PLUMBING BUSINESS OPERATED FROM THIS LOCATION. (C).
