Additional Information: A GAMBREL-ROOFED RESIDENCE SIMILAR TO OTHERS IN LANCASTER. SEE FINAL REPORT FOR A DISCUSSION OF THIS VERNACULAR FORM. THIS ONE AND A HALF STORY HOUSE HAS A RECTANGULAR SHAPED IN PLAN, AND A CUT STONE FOUNDATION, ALUMINUM WINDOWS AND NEW PORCH SUPPORTS. THERE WAS ALSO A GARAGE LOCATED ON THE SITE, BUT NO INTENSIVE SURVEY REPORT EXISTS FOR IT. THE STRUCTURE WAS FOUND TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION.

THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1912 AND 1927 AND IT HAS BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL SINCE FIRST SURVEYED IN 1983.
