Additional Information: A LATE QUEEN ANNE DESIGN CHARACTERIZED BY A CORNER TOWER WHICH IS CAPPED BY A PYRAMID ROOF. THIS TWO STORY BUILDING HAS A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN, AN IRREGULAR ROOF SHAPE, AND A WOOD SHINGLE TRIM ON THE GABEL ENDS. ALUMINUM WINDOWS REPLACE THE ORIGINAL ONES. THE STRUCTURE WAS FOUND TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION AND IT WAS BUILT SOMETIME AFTER 1895.

SINCE FIRST SURVEYED IN 1983 THE GABLE ENDS HAVE BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL. THERE IS ALSO A MODERN GARAGE ADDITON ATTACHED TO THE REAR OF THE HOUSE.
