Additional Information: A SIMPLIFIED QUEEN ANNE DESIGN FEATURING BAY WINDOWS AND A DETAILED VERANDA. THIS TWO STORY BUILDING HAS AN IRREGULAR PLAN CONFIGURATION, AN IRREGULAR ROOF SHAPE, A CUT STONE FOUNDATION, AND A WOOD SHINGLE TRIM ON THE GABLE ENDS. IT HAS RETAINED SOME OF ITS ORIGINAL WINDOWS WHILE OTHERS WERE REPLACED WITH ALUMINUM WINDOWS. THE STRUCTURE WAS FOUND TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1875 AND 1895 AND IT WAS ONED BY THOS. GARVEY IN 1895.
