| Additional Information: | CURVED SURFACES GIVE THIS QUEEN ANNE STYLE RESIDENCE A SHINGLE STYLE ASPECT. THE ONE AND A HALF STORY BUILDING HAS AN IRREGULARLY SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CUT STONE FOUNDATION, A WOOD SHINGLE TRIM, AND A GABLE ROOF. THE HOUSE WAS FOUND TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION BUT MOST OF IT HAS BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL SINCE THE HOUSE WAS FIRST SURVEYED IN 1983. HISTORICAL STATEMENT: W.F.
