Additional Information: A QUEEN ANNE DESIGN DISTINGUISHED BY PEAKED WINDOW MOLDINGS, A BAY WINDOW, AND A "WRAP AROUND" VERANDA. THIS TWO STORY BUILDING HAS AN IRREGULARLY SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A MULTI-GABLED ROOF, CANOPIES, AND ALUMINUM WINDOWS. THE STRUCTURE WAS FOUND TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

THIS HOUSE WAS BUILT BETWEEN 1875 AND 1895 AND IT HAS BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL SINCE IT WAS FIRST SURVEYED IN 1983.
