| Additional Information: | BARGEBOARDS AND WINDOW SURROUNDS FEATURING A KEYSTONE-LIKE ELEMENT CHARACTERIZE THIS SIMPLY OUTLINED RESIDENCE. IT IS A T-PLAN HOUSE WITH ADDITIONS. IT HAS A JERKINHEAD GABLE ROOF. THIS ONE AND A HALF STORY BUILDING WAS FOUND TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. THIS HOUSE WAS ORIGINALLY A SIDE GABLE HOUSE BUILT BETWEEN 1875 AND 1894. THE FRONT WING WAS ADDED BETWEEN 1894 AND 1899, GIVING THE HOUSE ITS CURRENT CRUCIFORM PLAN. THIS HOUSE HAS ALSO BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL SINCE IT WAS FIRST SURVEYED IN 1983. |
