Additional Information: | A ONE AND A HALF STORY GAMBREL-ROOFED DUTCH COLONIAL REVIVAL STYLE RESIDENCE IS SIMILAR TO OTHERS IN LANCASTER, SUCH AS THE ONE ON 837 BEETOWN ROAD (RECORD NO. 0044671, 48/25). THE EXTERIOR WALLS HAVE CLAPBOARDS AND THE GABLE END HAS WOOD SHINGLES FOR TRIM. THE BUILDING IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION ACCORDING TO THE INTENSIVE SURVEY. SINCE FIRST SURVEYED IN 1983 THIS HOUSE HAS BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL AND A LARGER WING HAS BEEN ADDED TO ITS SIDE. |
