| Additional Information: | A GAMBREL-ROOFED DUTCH COLONIAL REVIVAL STYLE RESIDENCE SIMILAR TO OTHERS IN LANCASTER, AND NEARLY IDENTICAL TO THE ONE ON 821 BEETOWN ROAD (RECORD NO. 0044673). THE INTENSIVE SURVEY FOUND THE HOUSE TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THE ONE AND A HALF STORY BUILDING HAS A SQUARE PLAN WITH ADDITIONS, A STONE FOUNDATION AND A WOOD SHINGLE TRIM. THE HOUSE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION ACCORDING TO THE INTENSIVE SURVEY. ALSO ON THE LOT WAS A GARAGE, FOR WHICH THERE WAS NO INTENSIVE SURVEY. SINCE IT WAS FIRST SURVEYED IN 1983 THIS HOUSE HAS HAD ITS FIRST STORY RESIDED IN VINYL AND A LARGE NEW ATTACHED GARAGE HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE REAR. |
