Additional Information: | THIS ONE AND ONE HALF STORY RESIDENCE HAS A RECTANGULAR PLAN CONFIGURATION AND A STONE FOUNDATION. IT IS A SMALL, UNADORNED RESIDENCE CHARACTERIZED BY A GABLED DORMER, A VERANDA WITH BRACKTED SUPPORTS, AND A CUT STONE FOUNDATION. THERE IS A LEAN-TO AT THE REAR OF THE HOUSE. THE 1983 SURVEY FOUND THE BUILDING TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION. SINCE FIRST SURVEYED IN 1983 THIS HOUSE HAS BEEN RESIDED IN VINYL. |
