Additional Information:ARCHITECTURAL STATEMENT: STUCCO AND BRICK TWO-STORY HOUSE WITH A LOW, HIPPED ROOF, CENTRAL CHIMNEY, PLAIN WINDOW FRAMES, A FULL-LENGTH ENCLOSED PORCH AND A SMALL ONE STORY EXTENSION TO THE EAST. HISTORICAL STATEMENT: THE HOUSE IS INTERESTING BECAUSE OF ITS ASSOCIATION WITH RUSSELL EUSTICE, OWNER AND MANAGER OF THE EUSTICE LUMBERYARD. RUSSELL EUSTICE WAS THE SON OF S. CHARLES EUSTICE, WHO ESTABLISHED THE EUSTICE LUMBERYARD IN CUBA CITY IN 1897. RUSSELL ASSISTED HIS FATHER IN THE LUMBERYARD BUSINESS BEGINNING IN 1920. HE TOOK OVER THE LUMBER COMPANY AFTER HIS FATHER'S DEATH IN 1932. RUSSELL EUSTICE BUILT THIS HOOME IN THE 1920'S. (B)
