Additional Information: | This 2-story Boomtown style building was constructed c. 1857. The building is irregular in plan with a masonry and concrete foundation, composition board siding, and an asphalt-shingled gable roof with a false front. The front elevation faces southeast toward 2nd St. with entrances at 2nd St. and Main St. A concrete stoop provides access to both front entrances. Windows are 1-over-1 double-hung, 2-over-2 double-hung, and large single-pane display windows. Two rectangular additions have been added to the southwest elevation. The building is in fair condition, but maintains a low degree of integrity due to two large additions to the building's southwest elevation and due to replacement windows in the northeast and southeast elevations. 2017 -façade alterations, additions, replacement siding and windows, loss of historic fabric |
