NOTES
Additional Information:Related building: bottling works (OC 7/20) This is a 1 1/2 story, front gable clapboard farmhouse. A one-story, shed-roofed frame addition with drop siding is appended to the back. Behind the farmhouse is a vacant, one-story concrete block building which, according to the owner, was built during the 1920s for the Country Club Bottling Works, a small soda water bottling company operated by the Nemitz family. The house was probably built by L. Longrie who purchased the land from the Oconto Company sometime between 1905 and 1912.
