| Additional Information: | 2023: This 1 ½ story Craftsman bungalow was constructed in 1923 with a c.2000 garage addition. It is rectangular in plan (with the exception of the garage addition off of the northeast corner) with a brick-clad foundation, vinyl siding, and an asphalt-shingled, side-gabled roof with overhanging eaves, exposed rafter ends, and triangular brackets. The front elevation faces west and features a full-width recessed porch. The porch is accessed via a set of concrete steps at the north end of its façade and features a brick porch wall and tapered wood piers that rest on brick supports. A wood beam frames the porch above the piers and provides clearance for the exposed rafter ends above. Inside the porch is a single door with a 3-over-1 cottage-style window on one side and a bank of three 3-over-1 cottage-style windows on the other side. A front-gabled dormer projects from the front roof slope; this contains a bank of four 3-over-1 cottage-style windows. Like the primary roofline, the dormer features exposed rafter ends and triangular brackets. |
